Many people are unhappy about this art deco building on Commercial Street being painted grey. The council has described the paintwork as 'unfortunate' but says there is nothing it can do as the building is not listed.

00:22while it's unfortunate, they've looked into it, and they have no jurisdiction over the
00:27building, as it's not listed and is privately owned. The building in question is not listed,
00:34but it is beside the Grade 2 star listed Canada House building. It is not within a conservation
00:40area.
