DTI seizes P90-M of uncertified appliances in Task Force Kalasag operations

00:00The Department of Trade and Industry or DTI's task force,
00:03Calasag, has confiscated nearly 90 million pesos worth of uncertified home appliances
00:09and consumer goods in three separate raids in Valenzuela City, Bulacan, and Cavite.
00:14Among the recent raid operations of the task force were on June 26 in Valenzuela,
00:20with total confiscated goods valued at 7.8 million pesos, while in Playa del Bulacan,
00:26with a haul amounting to 9.35 million pesos. Moreover, 8.28 million pesos worth of
00:33uncertified home appliances were seized at an establishment in Tanza, Cavite.
