00:00Hello friends, welcome back to our channel Philz Talk. Today we are with yet another
00:12video on our breakout stocks. So, the breakout stocks which we are going to discuss today
00:19are very good. So, now we will discuss them one by one. Before that, if we see, then
00:28we can see a weekly chart of Bank Nifty. This channel is still respecting it. It is almost
00:39the third week where Bank Nifty is trading at the same range. If it goes below this level
00:47on Bank Nifty, then we can expect some weakness which is at the level of Rs. 1,900-Rs. 800.
00:55So, if it goes below this level, then we can expect some weakness in Bank Nifty. So, if
01:02there is a weakness in Bank Nifty, then there will be a weakness in Bank Nifty as well as
01:07in other sectors like Banking. Because almost 40% of the weightage of Nifty is on Banking
01:16and Financial Stocks. So, if they become weak, then definitely its impact will be on Nifty
01:21as well. So, we have to take care of this level of Rs. 51,800. If it goes below this level,
01:29then we have to be cautious. And as we have been discussing, if there is a breakout on
01:35this which is of Rs. 53,500, then the market will be ready to touch new heights. So, friends,
01:43as we are going to discuss the breakout stock, the first stock in it is ISMT. That is, this
01:53company is incorporated in 1977 and mainly engaged in manufacturing seamless tubes and
02:02engineering steel. So, if we look at it, then it comes in its product offering as steel, which
02:11contributes 22%. After that, if we look at its total, then it makes 78% tubes and it has two
02:23products. So, the company produces carbon alloys and martensitic stainless steel bars with a
02:33special emphasis on ultra-clean steels, pre-machining steel, bearing steel, and all other specially
02:43engineered steel grades.
02:55So, it produces both hot-finished as well as cold-finished seamless tubes ranging in diameter
03:03from 6 mm to 273 mm. That is wide range used in a variety of applications such as manufacturing
03:11of auto-component bearing races, OCTG products, drill rods, boilers, heat exchangers, etc.
03:31Market mix is 24% from automotive bearing, 17% from general engineering, 17% from OCTG and
03:3817% from construction 6, power 14, and other 22.
03:51It has three manufacturing plants, which are Jejuri, Baramati, and Amarnath.
03:57It is a Maharashtra-based company. It has announced a capex of Rs. 305 crore for setting
04:06up a power plant for captive consumption and commissioning of a 70 MW solar power plant.
04:13Government is mostly focused on renewable sources, so this solar power plant is being made.
04:21It has a market capitalization of Rs. 4,463 crore. It is a small-cap company with a current
04:30market price of Rs. 148 crore. It has a 50-week high of Rs. 150 crore. It is trading at a low
04:36of Rs. 58.2 crore. It has a 52-week low of Rs. 68.2 crore. It has a PE of Rs. 23.8 crore.
04:44Industry PE is Rs. 27.9 crore. So, it is getting cheaper than the industry. Profit growth is 114%.
04:49Price-to-book ratio is Rs. 54.4. So, it is Rs. 2.73.
04:59Operating profit margin is 14%. Debt-to-equity ratio is 10%.
05:05So, this is its graph. Its peers are Ratnamani Metals. These companies are
05:11tubes and steel rods companies.
05:18Sales in 2013 was Rs. 1,600 crore. Now, it is Rs. 2,600 crore.
05:21It was a loss-making company earlier. Now, it is a profit-making company.
05:25It has been posting profits for the last three years.
05:31Shareholding pattern of this company. It was 48% earlier. Now, it has acquired a good stake.
05:37It is 75% now. It is not a FII or BIS. It is a public company.
05:45Now, let's go to the chart and see it.
05:48We will understand why we are looking at ISMT.
06:00This is a weekly chart. You will not see much in this. You will see a breakout.
06:06But, if we convert it to a monthly chart, then you will see that the breakout of the 2008 level is coming now.
06:17If we calculate, then almost after 10 and 16 years, there is a breakout in this, which is a very good breakout.
06:25When this company was listed in 2008, around 2007-2008, then this company was around Rs. 140.
06:31After that, now it has broken this level.
06:34So, almost, as we said, this breakout is coming after 16 years. So, it is a very important breakout.
06:40And the government is also increasing the infrastructure and spending on all this. So, it will also benefit from this.
06:46So, if we calculate its target, then according to that, we get the target of almost Rs. 273.
06:52So, we get a target of Rs. 270. 95% from here, we can get upside momentum here.
06:59So, according to this, if we see, it is a very good stock and it has given a breakout in this month.
07:06And when we see it in the weekly chart, then we will understand how to do stop-loss and how to do planning here.
07:13So, our stop-loss will come below this level, which is the level of Rs. 124.
07:17Now, if we see from here, then we will have to take a big stop-loss here.
07:21We will have to keep a stop-loss of around 15-16%.
07:25And only after that, we can expect the target of Rs. 270 that we are seeing above.
07:35So, this was our ISMT, the first stock.
07:39And the second stock is Sequent.
07:47Sequent Scientific.
07:49This is our second stock.
07:51This is our third stock.
07:55If we see this too, let's do some fundamental analysis.
08:03So, this company is Sequent Scientific.
08:05This is also a 3632 crore company, which is a small cap company.
08:09What does this company do?
08:11It is the leading animal health company with presence of 5 plus continents.
08:15It has a presence in our continents.
08:17And it serves its products across 100 countries.
08:23So, if we see, then its current price is Rs. 145.
08:26Rs. 156 is its 52 is high.
08:28Rs. 86 is the low.
08:30And the book value is Rs. 26.
08:32So, the price to book ratio is 5.52.
08:34It is a little expensive.
08:36According to our price to book value.
08:38Profit got 73%.
08:40Debt to equity is 0.74.
08:43If we see, then it is actually a pharmaceutical company.
08:47Animal products, pharmaceutical products work in it.
08:54If we look at its yearly statement, then it was a sale of Rs. 327 crores.
08:58Which is now Rs. 1300 crores.
09:00Which was a loss before.
09:02Profit was again in the middle.
09:04Now it is showing losses again.
09:06But if we look at it, then technically there is a breakout in it.
09:11That's why we are discussing it.
09:13If we look at the promoter of the company, then it has 52% promoter holding.
09:17FIS has 6%, DIS has 7-8%.
09:20And the public has 33%.
09:22So, a very good stake is not with FI, DI and promoter.
09:26So, we can also consider it.
09:28Taking a little risk as an investment purpose.
09:32If we come to the chart here, then we will see.
09:35This is its weekly chart.
09:38And here we see a pattern of head and shoulder.
09:42Its breakout will come here now.
09:44Almost above 145 or above 150, we call it a round figure.
09:48So, when this breakout comes, then we can make a new investment in it.
09:52And then when we get new targets in it, we will get it.
09:55The first target will get this, which was its resistance level of 36%.
09:59And the second target will get.
10:00We can invest in it for almost 100% return.
10:05And if you look at it, then its RSI has also come above 60 a week or two ago.
10:09The volume is also increasing on its weekly basis.
10:13So, here you can see that the accumulation of investors has started.
10:18So, we can also see it as an investment purpose.
10:22Because the holding of FI, DIS is also very good in it.
10:25We have to put a stop-loss in it.
10:26Almost it comes out of 22-23%.
10:29So, this is a very big stop-loss.
10:31So, we can also keep it around 15%.
10:36Because this candle is on its low.
10:38And according to that, our first target is around 33%.
10:42And the second target is around 100%.
10:45So, friends, you watch our videos.
