APMDC Funding for YSRCP Govt Resurvey project : ప్రభుత్వం ఏదైనా కార్యక్రమం అమలు చేస్తుంటే దానికయ్యే ఖర్ఛును సంబంధిత శాఖ భరిస్తుంది. కానీ గత ప్రభుత్వం సర్వే ల్యాండ్​ రికార్డ్స్​ శాఖ ద్వారా భూముల రీసర్వే చేపట్టగా , ఆ ప్రక్రియకు అయిన ఖర్చు మొత్తాన్ని సంబంధం లేని ఏపీఎండీసీ భరించింది. సర్వేరాళ్ల కొనుగోలు, పాలిషింగ్​, రవాణాకు రూ.525 కోట్లను ఏపీఎండీసీ మంచినీళ్లులా వెచ్చించింది.

00:06But in the world, instead of collecting survey land records on land resurveys,
00:11the A.P. Kanijapurudhi organization, A.P.M.D.C., which has nothing to do with it,
00:15has deposited crores of rupees.
00:17When the surveyors were handed over to the organization,
00:20they were given Rs. 525 crores.
00:24Until recently, the M.D.C., Venkat Reddy,
00:26did not care about the economic situation of the state,
00:29and used the funds for the benefit of the government officials.
00:37As part of the land resurveys,
00:39survey roads had to be dug in the villages where the survey was completed.
00:42The A.P.M.D.C. was responsible for the construction of these roads.
00:46To do this, the A.P.M.D.C. had to hand over the survey land records to the organization.
00:50Even if the organization did not give even a single rupee,
00:52the A.P.M.D.C. had to hand over 75 lakhs of roads.
00:56These roads were cut into cutting and polishing units,
00:59and the name of Jagan was inscribed on them.

01:29Instead, the A.P.M.D.C. had to arrange for its own cutting and polishing units in four places.
01:34The A.P.M.D.C. knew that each unit would cost from Rs. 4 crores to Rs. 5 crores,
01:40but the A.P.M.D.C. announced that it would cost only Rs. 15 crores.
01:43At that time, M.D. Venkat Reddy,
01:45the procurement department GM of Visakha Steel Plant,
01:49told the A.P.M.D.C. the story.
01:51The A.P.M.D.C. brought in companies known to the A.P.M.D.C.
01:53and set up a tender for them.
01:55The A.P.M.D.C. arranged for the first unit with Rs. 15 crores.
01:58The A.P.M.D.C. paid Rs. 12 crores for that.
02:01The A.P.M.D.C. spent Rs. 3 crores for the second unit.
02:06However, the A.P.M.D.C. stopped the arrangements for the remaining units
02:11after receiving allegations that there were crimes committed in the mills.
02:14Venkat Reddy, on the other hand,
02:15told the A.P.M.D.C. that all the crimes were committed by the A.P.M.D.C.
02:19The A.P.M.D.C. spent Rs. 15 crores for the remaining units.
02:22The A.P.M.D.C. announced that it would stop the arrangements
02:25for the remaining units after receiving allegations that there were crimes committed in the mills.
