UK’s Worst Holiday Park: Pontins voted worst for 11th year in a row

Pontins has been voted as the worst UK holiday park by Which?, for 11 years in a row.

00:00According to a survey conducted by consumer organisation Witch, the once popular holiday
00:07park, Pontons, has been rated as the UK's worst holiday park brand.
00:11The survey, which asked more than 1,700 people about their experiences at UK holiday parks
00:16in the past two years, surveyed on criteria including accommodation, facilities and value
00:22for money.
00:23Pontons received a run of two-star ratings across most categories.
00:26With a customer score of 56%, the brand also came bottom of the holiday park table brand
00:31in 2022.
00:32But Witch went on to say that the park wasn't the only brand that failed to live up to expectations.
00:37Popular resorts Butlins came fifth from bottom, wherein guests said they were underwhelmed
00:42by customer service and food and drink.
00:44Just above Butlins in the table came Centre Parks and Haven, tied with a customer score
00:48of 69%.
00:49Though, according to Witch, Centre Parks, which has five UK locations, fail to deliver
00:55on value for money.
