00:00Well it is time for our national travel outlook and back in Charlotte we're back to a ground stop
00:05here out of Charlotte's Douglas International toward Miami also in Orlando and Las Vegas
00:10monitor delays otherwise pretty good shape here for the most part of course not all the airports
00:15on this map into North Carolina we are experiencing some major delays due to showers and
00:21thunderstorms causing flash flooding and damaging winds. Speaking of flights here here's the Accu
00:27weather U.S. flight cancellation forecast again most of these storms will be in the southeast
00:32the next couple of days but as they expand to also include the mid-Atlantic and the northeast
00:36early next week we will see the flight cancellation numbers begin to climb especially as we work our
00:42way into Tuesday. That's a backtrack a tad here into Friday Denver, Atlanta, Miami just a few of
00:49the many spots that will experience thunderstorms toward the afternoon. South of Denver along I-25
00:54could see storms toward Albuquerque monitor delays there and north as well toward Casper
00:58and spilling out east into Bismarck. We could have some heavy duty thunderstorms also here
01:04toward the Gulf Coast around Houston and New Orleans torrential rainfall and gusty winds
01:10possible with any thunderstorm.
