00:06We see a couple of spots here in the red, New York City, but also, say, Philadelphia,
00:11Baltimore, D.C., stretching south into the Carolinas, including Atlanta, drenching rainfall
00:16here with the potential of some severe weather as well, at least some moderate delays around
00:20Dallas and even over the interior northwest where we've been hot in Helena.
00:25There can be a couple of thunderstorms toward the afternoon and some drenching rain here
00:29from Houston to Beaumont, Lake Charles, Alexandria, heading in toward New Orleans.
00:34Flash flooding will be a possibility here.
