04:19And his parched peas, that we'd be here today
04:22Nearly 70 years later
04:24With thousands of Prestonians just celebrating it with us
04:28Absolutely brilliant, we love you guys
04:31This is a Preston thing
04:33If you're from Preston, you know what parched peas are
04:35You know what new potatoes are
04:37And, you know, that's what we're all about
04:39I've just got a couple of thank yous
04:42Just want to thank Ant, Ellie, James
04:46And the team from WCP who have made this happen

05:40He is the original Spudman
05:42Who supplied his trade all those years ago
05:45And we've got Trish as well
05:47One little thing, I know a lot of you will know
05:51I always call him Keith Senior
05:53His son Keith Junior sadly passed away four years ago
05:57And I know a lot of you know Keith
05:59He was such a popular character
06:01And, you know, sort of through that adversity
06:05Keith, God bless his soul
06:07Gave us the opportunity to make this happen
06:12So, absolutely, thanks Keith for that, that's brilliant
06:15We've actually named this little hatch at the side
06:19We call this Keith's Pea Hatch
06:21So, you know, when you come to see us now
06:23In town on a Tuesday or through to a Saturday
06:26If you come round to this bit here
06:28You'll get your new potatoes and your parched peas
06:30So you're not having to queue up
06:31So, I would like to ask Keith and Trish
06:34To come and officially open the tram
