00:00Our adaptive and responsive social protection programs assist our countrymen in times of dire need,
00:07reaching those in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.
00:11More importantly, these programs seek to develop their productive potential
00:16and bridge their capacities towards self-sufficiency.
00:19With a noble aim of breaking the cycle of poverty across the country,
00:24the Pantawid Pamilyam Pilipino Program has not only consistently accomplished its annual targets,
00:33it has also proven its efficacy over the years.
00:36Since last year, more than 420,000 families have graduated from the program.
00:48This means that with the help of 4Peace, their condition and ability to fight against life have improved.
01:01In fact, more than 4,000 graduates of 4Peace are now in the hands of licensed teachers.
01:09Not only that, 35 of the top-notchers of the various board exams that were held in the past two years
01:19have graduated from the families of beneficiaries of 4Peace.
01:24Some of them are Teacher Caine Jevi Cervantes of Davao Oriental,
01:34who received the number one spot in the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.
01:44Another is Engineer Alexis Aligado, who won the Civil Engineering Board exam last April.
