00:31You know, obviously everybody knows it's more pitching, although that's changed a little
00:35bit with the injuries to Slate and Martin, it's more kind of a bullpen need, especially
00:40in the short term until those guys can get back.
00:43But it's a right-handed bat that matches lefties too because, you know, the numbers are just
00:48incredible how good they are against right-handed pitching and how much they struggle against
00:54lefties.
00:55And, you know, we've talked about people that can help them in that way, whether it's Yandy
00:58Diaz or a return of Justin Turner or somebody like Christian Walker or whomever.
01:04They need that right-handed bat that can really level out their lineup and help produce runs
01:09against left-handed pitching.
01:11I also think, guys, the reason I don't think it dramatically changes things and it shouldn't
01:16is because three games are not as important as the previous 100.
01:20But also, I never thought that the Red Sox, nor almost anybody, are going to make, like,
01:27huge, massive moves.
01:29Like, I don't think the Red Sox are the team that are going to get Vlad Guerrero and Garrett
01:34Crochet.
01:35I just don't think that's where they are.
01:37I don't think that's the playbook right now.
01:39I still think that they're going to go add pieces because they've earned the right to
01:42do that.
01:43And I don't think that a three-game series changes the ability to go get people that
01:48maybe are not top of mind right now, but that will help them get into the playoffs.
