00:08you trade for a starting pitcher or a reliever, nobody should sit there and say, well, where's

00:13Are we concerned about him pitching in September or in October?

00:16Because you've got guys you're worried about.

00:19You go get a veteran who's thrown 280 innings before, a reliever that's thrown 70 innings

00:22before.

00:23You're not worried about it.

00:24You put him in there and you're fine moving forward.

00:27The question is, I'd like to see them make a bigger trade and get a guy that's got a

00:32year and a half, two years left in his deal to satisfy what's going to be a huge need

00:35in the offseason.

00:36That's going to be another starter.

00:37And that's Nate Evaldi.

00:38I was just going to say, is that the number one, the trendiest name on the board?

00:45Yeah, because he's got an option which I don't think he's going to reach.

00:48He needs like 70 innings in the second half.

00:50I don't know if those starts are going to be there for him.

00:53So he might be a one-year guy, but you could always bring him back.

00:55Chris Bassett is another one that I love up in Toronto.

00:58He's got a year and a half left, but there's plenty of, there's a lot of rentals out there

01:01to kick Kikuchi up in Toronto.

01:03So there's this, you know, depending on what you want to give up for your prospects, your

01:06assets, a little Bassett and Turner, just bring him back after that offseason mistake

01:10because he, I'm sure they would love to get that salary off the books.

01:13They'd probably fly him down here.

01:15He's the perfect fit.

01:17Like he would fit right in that clubhouse.

01:19He's still hitting lefties very well.

01:21Yoshida's not hitting lefties.

01:23You could DH him once in a while.

01:24You could play him at first once in a while for Dom Smith.

01:27The team would love having him in.

01:28I don't see why Toronto would want to keep just a DH, you know, like it seems like an

01:33easy move.
