00:00John, many thanks for joining us. Three wins in three and should be in the semi-final now?
00:06Yeah, hopefully. It's been a really good week. We've had two straightforward games on Monday
00:13and Tuesday where we've won convincingly. But we knew tonight was going to be a much
00:18more difficult task. I think people watching, we were well worth our 3-0 lead at the half-time
00:24but we knew that they're a good side. When they get out of the galley, they're a good
00:28side and for 10-15 minutes they ripped us apart, to be fair to them. At 3-1, the game
00:33is probably in the balance to a degree. We were pleased to get over the line and get
00:37the fourth and fifth goal.
00:38Plenty of bookings and some tackles but your guys did well. They obviously keep their discipline?
00:43Yeah, look, it's Feistay. We've played the Mexican team, I would say, six or seven times
00:48in the last ten years and we've got to know that they're quality. Technically, they're
00:53better players than what we have here. So we have to try and balance that a wee bit.
00:57We ask our boys to get tight to people and make things difficult for them and sometimes
01:01when you ask those questions, they find it difficult. We tried to impose ourselves in
01:05the game. We did that really well in the first half and that gave us a good advantage in
01:08the second.
01:09Three wins in three and you'll be looking to keep that going now in the last couple
01:12of days?
01:13Absolutely. We've been lucky enough to get to the final as a senior team. I think it
01:19was to me 2018. I'm more unfortunate in the final so we'll try and replicate that at
01:26least and see where that goes. For our county, it's been a great week so far. Our juniors
01:31are in the semi-final as well. They've won two and drawn one so a big shout out to them.
01:36Hopefully, tomorrow will be a good day. The Super Cup can bring really big highs and really
01:41low lows so we won't get carried away. We'll enjoy this evening and we'll prepare for tomorrow.
01:46Finally, you were telling me off camera you're staying at the Lodge. How are you finding
01:49this day up on the north coast?
01:51It's brilliant. This is a really good week. Personally, I know from a personal point of
01:56view, I live down in Porto Vogue and over the last 10-15 years, the number of people
02:01coming from down our area up to here for the week to enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy the
02:05games, it's frightening. There's quite a large contingent coming up here now to watch the
02:09games which is good. This is a good draw, this place. Plenty to do, plenty to see but
02:14the Lodge is first class. The kids, they don't realise it but they're spoiled. Maybe that's
02:20why we've got a few results.
