03:36You will be standing in the mosques.
03:48Those are the limits of Allah, so do not approach them. Thus does Allah make clear His signs to the people, that they may become righteous.

17:32And devour not your property between yourselves by falsehood,
17:58but you will be brought forth to judgment, that you may eat a portion.
18:24but you will be brought forth to judgment, that you may eat a portion.
18:54but you will be brought forth to judgment, that you may eat a portion.
19:24but you will be brought forth to judgment, that you may eat a portion.
19:54This is a beautiful recitation by Qari Sahib.
19:58Let's move on to its translation.
20:01And devour not your property between yourselves by falsehood,
20:05but you will be brought forth to judgment, that you may eat a portion.
20:13Respected audience, you may recall that in the last segment of this program,
20:23we discussed the commandments of fasting during Ramadan.
20:27Now the commandments of fasting have been completed.
20:32We will discuss other commandments, questions and answers,
20:36the statement of Hajj and other topics in Surah Baqarah.
20:41But on one hand, we have the verses of fasting,
20:44and on the other hand, we have the other two commandments.
20:47In between these two, we have the verse of the Holy Qur'an,
20:50which we just read to you and translated.
20:53This is a very strange thing.
20:56You can say that this is a very strange scene.
21:00We are talking about fasting,
21:04we are talking about the commandments of fasting.
21:08Why was a portion added to it, that people should not eat their property?
21:15This is a very important point.
21:17Because fasting is a form of worship,
21:20and Salah is a form of worship.
21:22In worship, people may not think that they fast a lot,
21:27and they offer a lot of Salah.
21:29What does this mean?
21:30If I want to eat the forbidden food, can I eat it?
21:32No.
21:33Then who are you worshipping?
21:36You are eating the forbidden food.
21:38Then who are you worshipping?
21:40This is why it is very important
21:44that the transparency of the property,
21:47the halal bite of a person,
21:49is very important for this fast.
21:51At the time of Iftar,
21:53a person should eat the halal bite.
21:57A sehri should do with what is halal.
22:00Eating the forbidden food and then fasting,
22:02is not the purpose.
22:04Allah does not need a person's fasting.
22:06Allah does not need a person's hunger and thirst.
22:09Allah wants a person's righteousness.
22:11Allah wants a person's abstinence.
22:13If there is abstinence, then everything is possible.
22:16So you see, how important it is
22:18that with the commandment of fasting,
22:20Allah has given this commandment
22:22that people should not eat their property.
22:25wa la ta'qulu amwalakum bainakum bil baatil
22:30How many verses are there?
22:32Allah said,
22:34do not eat people's property in a wrong way.
22:37So in a wrong way,
22:39there are all kinds of ways.
22:41There is theft,
22:43there is robbery,
22:45there is bribery,
22:47there is gambling,
22:49there is alcohol.
22:51Everything, including interest,
22:53is a wrong way.
22:55So if you look at it from the previous verses,
22:58then let me say this sentence,
23:00The climax of fasting is that a person should eat halal.
23:04The climax of fasting is that a person should eat halal.
23:07You see, in the end,
23:08the end has been made on this.
23:10It has been stated that
23:12one should not eat anyone's property.
23:14Right?
23:16People's property,
23:18by taking bribes,
23:20by doing fraud,
23:22right?
23:24And all the property has been collected.
23:26Now where are you going?
23:27I am going to do Iftari.
23:28All the things have been collected.
23:30Bags have been picked up.
23:31Meat has been picked up.
23:32Samosas, Pakoras have been picked up.
23:34And the person is going.
23:36Where are you going?
23:37I am going to do Iftari.
23:38So what is the climax of fasting?
23:40Eating halal.
23:42That is why it has been stated.
23:43You will see it.
23:44Ayat number 188.
23:46This is the last Ayat of Ruku.
23:49Before this,
23:50the whole beginning was with this.
23:52Kutiba alaikum ussiyam.
23:53Commands have started.
23:54Benefits have started.
23:56The last Ayat of Ruku is
23:58Ayat number 188.
24:00It is that people should not eat
24:02other people's property.
24:03Illegally.
24:05And it is also stated that
24:07wa tudlu biha ilal hukkaam.
24:09And you should not give money
24:11to the rulers as bribe.
24:16There is a matter between you.
24:19What do you do?
24:20You give money to them.
24:24You become a strong lawyer.
24:26The lawyer takes you out
24:28in two cases.
24:30And there is a setting from top to bottom.
24:32There is a setting from bottom to top.
24:35You just gave money.
24:38And the team with which
24:40your case was made,
24:42which was your team,
24:44that poor guy,
24:45you fed him money,
24:47he got trapped.
24:49He had a case of 10 lakhs.
24:51You fed him 2-3 lakhs.
24:52You kept 7 lakhs in his pocket
24:53and left.
24:55So Allah says,
24:56wa tudlu biha ilal hukkaam.
24:58And you give bribes to the rulers.
25:01You give bribes to the high officials.
25:05How is this Ayat on our system?
25:07It seems like it came down today.
25:10Quran is a fresh word.
25:12It is drawing our attention
25:13towards our deeds.
25:15So whoever it is,
25:17even a fruit seller,
25:19if he sells a bad fruit,
25:24then he is not a poor man.
25:27Don't take bribes.
25:29Neither will a tailor
25:31nor a judge
25:33nor a lawyer
25:35nor a person sitting on a chair
25:37take bribes
25:39to do people's work.
25:41Give me so much money,
25:42this work will be done.
25:44So what do we do nowadays?
25:45This is what happens.
25:46We have taken over the land.
25:47Now that poor guy came up
25:48and said, this is my plot,
25:49this is my flat,
25:50this is my land,
25:51this is my house.
25:52Okay, come to the court.
25:54That poor guy came to the court.
25:56Everything is sold there.
25:59The lawyer is sold,
26:01the judge is sold,
26:02everything is sold.
26:03So now what happens?
26:05There is a case,
26:06and a decision is made against it.
26:07And the one who is going to make
26:09land on land,
26:11this Arab leader,
26:13he has become a very big builder.
26:16Obviously, we are not talking about everyone
26:18who earns in a lawful way.
26:20May Allah give them more blessings.
26:22May Allah increase their wealth more.
26:24But those who do this in a haram way,
26:26they take away people's land.
26:28May Allah destroy them.
26:31Those who destroy people's
26:33entire life's hard work
26:35in one second.
26:37May Allah destroy them.
26:39And do they see the destruction?
26:42They die,
26:43people stand near their graves
26:45with sticks and say
26:46that they will kill them
26:47by taking them out of their graves.
26:48May they not be humiliated.
26:51So that is why,
26:52this man's glory,
26:54man's PR,
26:56man's relationships,
26:58should not be misused.
27:01I have a lot of PR.
27:02If I make a phone call,
27:03they will pick up.
27:05If I make a phone call,
27:07the papers of the papers will change.
27:10If I make a phone call,
27:12the whole system will shake.
27:14This should not happen.
27:16The Quran has said this very clearly.
27:18And you bribe the rulers
27:22so that you can eat people's wealth.
27:30With sin.
27:32With the name of sin.
27:34And you know.
27:36One is that you fought a case
27:38and you think it is yours.
27:40And you have evidences,
27:42you fight for it,
27:43you win.
27:44That is a different thing.
27:45One thing is that you are wrong
27:48and you know this.
27:50You are doing injustice.
27:52You are doing this on purpose.
27:54And these things are very important.
27:57We are not given importance.
27:59Your plot is up to here.
28:01We take out the roof of houses
28:04and fall on the whole 6 feet street.
28:07As far as your plot is concerned,
28:10you can make a bed in front of it
28:13and you can see it in front of all the shops.
28:17In the eyes of God,
28:19Prophet Mohammad said that
28:21Allah will make a hole in their necks
28:23and put these lands.
28:25That is, God is capable of this.
28:28For example,
28:29the necklace we wear.
28:31Now how much will be the weight of this necklace?
28:34It will be 10-20 six feet.
28:37How much is the weight?
28:38The person has worn it.
28:39But God is capable of this.
28:41The person who has worn the necklace
28:44will weigh 2 tons.
28:46For example.
28:48And the neck will tolerate it as pain.
28:52All the pain will be on him.
28:54He will neither die nor live.
28:56La yamootu feeha wala yahya.
28:59That is stated for the disbelievers,
29:01but I am telling you in an expression.
29:03He will neither die nor live.
29:05Here it is that if you die, you are gone.
29:08That is, you will not live.
29:10La yamootu feeha wala yahya.
29:12So this is a big punishment.
29:14The land will be put in the neck by making a hole.
29:17So be very careful about this.
29:19Someone's wealth.
29:21Imam Hassan, may Allah be pleased with him,
29:23had eaten a date for charity.
29:25He did not know.
29:26Prophet Mohammad said,
29:27Spit it out.
29:28Spit it out.
29:29Take it out.
29:31This is not halal for us.
29:34This is the teaching and training of the Prophet.
29:36You cannot eat dates.
29:38Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him,
29:41a slave gave him some wealth.
29:43He ate it.
29:44Then he said,
29:45Where did I earn this from?
29:47Where did I earn this from?
29:48It was haraam from there.
29:50Now Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him,
29:54is going to Qah on purpose.
29:56He is emptying his Maida.
29:58The Maida has been emptied.
29:59Even after that, he is going to Qah.
30:02Worried.
30:05How did this haraam bite
30:08enter my Maida
30:10due to my negligence
30:12and not investigating?
30:14How did it enter?
30:16When a person is about to die,
30:20this is what happened to Hazrat Abu Bakr.
30:22How did it enter my Maida?
30:24Why didn't I ask?
30:26When a person is very hungry,
30:28he eats whatever comes to him.
30:29This was the condition at that time.
30:30It happens to a person.
30:33Our Companions, Auliya and Khulafa
30:35did not eat even a single bite.
30:37Even today, I say that
30:39Taqwa is when you take a bite
30:42and you know that it is halal.
30:44That is Taqwa.
30:46This is the climax of fasting.
30:49This is the climax of Salat.
30:51This is the climax of worship.
30:53Allah says,
30:55Who is it that will give Allah a loan?
30:58A Momin is generous.
31:00He does not rob.
31:01He doesn't rob.
31:03He is generous.
31:04He gives with his wealth.
31:05He gives Zakat,
31:06Sadaqah,
31:07Wajibah,
31:08Nafilah.
31:09My Prophet used to take a loan and give.
31:14The Prophet who has this Sunnah
31:16that he takes a loan
31:17and gives to the poor,
31:19his followers eat the wealth of the people,
31:22how will he answer the Prophet?
31:24Just think about it.
31:26This is verse number 188.
31:28Wa la ta'qulu amwalakum bainakum bil baatil.
31:31Do not eat the wealth of the people in a wrong way.
31:34Bribes,
31:35and bribery is the root of our society.
31:38This bribery in our society
31:41is the root of all evil.
31:43All the work is due to it.
31:46The Prophet said,
31:48Give a gift and take it.
31:50Love it.
31:51Now people have turned this into bribery.
31:54They are giving bribe
31:55and it is written on the packet
31:57Give a gift and take it.
31:58Love it.
31:59This is not right.
32:00If the office bearer starts giving gifts
32:03and giving gifts
32:05and doing unlawful things to people.
32:08Hazrat Umar used to hire someone
32:10and he used to count his wealth.
32:12And when he used to go,
32:13he used to count it.
32:14He used to count the gifts too.
32:15He used to say,
32:16When you were sitting at your mother's house,
32:18why didn't anyone give you a gift?
32:20Now that you have become a governor,
32:22why are they giving you gifts?
32:25When a person gave you a camel's tail,
32:29when his case was about to start,
32:31he gave you a signal,
32:33Hazrat Umar Farooq caught him
32:36and said,
32:37You are in a bad position.
32:38What do you think?
32:39That by giving someone a gift like this,
32:42you will gain unlawful benefits from it?
32:46Congratulations to you for the camel's tail.
32:49Congratulations to you for such gifts.
32:51You keep it.
32:53We will make a decision
32:55which is the decision of the book of God,
32:57which is the decision of the Messenger of God.
32:59There will be no such thing in our path.
33:02The most ignorant people
33:03are sitting in big offices,
33:05giving money and reaching there.
33:07And the whole nation is standing in a queue.
33:10So my brothers,
33:11wherever you are,
33:13whichever place you are,
33:15being less or more is the division of God.
33:18If the wealth is less, then what?
33:21Will you eat unlawful things?
33:23Then what is testing?
33:26How can a person be tested?
33:29If it is less, then live with it.
33:31Allah did not say that
33:32I am sending you to heaven.
33:34Allah did not say that.
33:36Allah said,
33:41We will take from you in this world.
33:42Sometimes we will take your life,
33:43sometimes we will take your wealth,
33:44sometimes we will give you loss.
33:46He gives less,
33:47if he gives more, then be thankful.
33:50He did not say that
33:51if I get less,
33:52then I will take more from you.
33:54If you have a lot,
33:55then take it from him.
33:56Why?
33:57You should not be unlawful with anyone.
34:00You should eat lawful things
34:02and you should promote lawful things.
34:04The institution in which you are sitting,
34:06establish transparency.
34:07You should implement Islam there.
34:09That a bite of unlawful will not work here.
34:12May Allah make our country,
34:15our institutions,
34:16our personal lives
34:18a place of lawful things.
34:21May Allah protect us from unlawful things.
34:23And there is nothing against us except Allah.
