00:00Metro Manila is now in a state of calamity due to the widespread flooding in Hangihe, Bagat and Maguyong, Carina.

00:17Because of that, a quick response fund will be released that will be used to help all affected by flooding and heavy rainfall in NCR.

00:26The price freeze for major products in Metro Manila has also been annulled according to the Department of Trade and Industry.

00:32At the emergency meeting of NDRRMC with President Bongbong Marcos, the President instructed to send help to all affected by the flood and heavy rainfall.

00:43I just told them to focus on the areas that we haven't been able to enter yet.

00:53That will be the next priority of DSWD and of course Public Works because if the roads are landslide, they need to help the LGU to clear the roads.
