00:38But it's dangerous, a man risked his life to save the pitiful dog.

02:06named the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office

02:10for their help to the dogs in the middle of the flood.

02:15At the time of the disaster, PETA will remind the dogs to leave a message at the door in case they will be evacuated
