00:00Yeah.
00:01Barbara.
00:03Thank you, Mr. Leader.
00:05So my question is about Vice President Kamala Harris
00:08becoming the likely nominee.
00:10Some of your frontliners say that they're not
00:12sure how she might perform in some of these swing districts.
00:15She has a short amount of time to introduce herself.
00:18Are you having any conversations with any of your frontliners?
00:21And what's your response to them being
00:23a little bit hesitant on maybe how she'll impact down ballot?
00:27What we've seen over the last few days
00:30is that the American people all across the land
00:36have been excited, enthusiastic, and energized by the candidacy
00:41of Vice President Harris.
00:44Vice President Harris has a vision
00:47that is designed to lower costs for everyday Americans,
00:50grow the middle class, end price gouging, defend democracy,
00:56and protect reproductive freedom.
00:58Those are issues that are going to excite Democrats,
01:07but also, in my view, help move independents and swing voters
01:13in our direction as compared to the chaos, the dysfunction,
01:18and the extremism that we see on the other side of the aisle.
01:23Extreme-magnet Republicans are running away from their agenda
01:27because it's so deeply unpopular to the American people.
01:33The American people want no part of Trump's Project 2025,
01:39which is about total control over the lives
01:46of the American people by extreme-magnet Republicans.
01:49That's what Trump's Project 2025 is about,
01:53total control over your life.
01:57We're all about freedom.
02:01Extreme-magnet Republicans want a nationwide abortion ban.
02:06Vice President Harris and Democrats
02:09believe in a woman's freedom to make
02:11her own reproductive health care decisions.
02:15Donald Trump and extreme-magnet Republicans
02:17want to end Social Security and Medicare as we know it.
02:22Vice President Harris and Democrats
02:26in the House and the Senate want to protect and strengthen
02:28Social Security.
02:31These are the issues that are going to be important
02:33in our congressional districts all across the country,
02:36in the Senate, races, and the issues that
02:43will be before the American people in November.
02:46I am confident that Vice President Harris
02:51is on the right side of each and every one of those issues.
02:56Back row.
