What’s amazing about self-defence techniques and pressure points in the human body is that it gives us so many options – the more, the better.
Imagine a situation where you’ve been held by your neck.
Be moving away from the attacker, you are giving them the opportunity to exert more force and inflict more damage – not a good choice!
Instead, when you notice yourself against the wall and the attacker holding your neck, lift both your hands and push down on the elbow joint – hard!
This would rattle the attacker, and loosen his grip on your neck. You’re almost there!
Once you see the attacker going almost on his knees, use the part of your palm more like a knife on both hands and strike the attacker’s neck right below the ears. This could very well disorient the attacker.
To take it to the next level, use your knee to strike the attacker’s groin right before you strike his neck.
