00:00Thank you very much, Zen Philantang.
00:02Meanwhile, a successful and peaceful rotation and re-provisioning or RORE mission
00:08of the Philippines in the BRP Sierra Madre in Yungin Shoal this Saturday
00:12according to the Department of Foreign Affairs.
00:14This is the first RORE mission after the Philippines had an agreement with China
00:18to lower the tensions between the two countries in the West Philippine Sea.
00:22According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry,
00:24the agreement was based on their three-point principled position.
00:28They were told to do the RORE mission before the Philippines did the RORE mission last Saturday.
00:34They were allowed to continue the RORE mission in the Philippines
00:37after confirming on-site that only humanitarian living necessities were brought by the Philippine ship.
00:43But according to the DFA, the RORE mission was mischaracterized by China.
00:49Instead of showing that China is already on the side of the two countries,
00:55the Chinese Foreign Ministry chose to misrepresent their agreement.
01:01The Philippine Coast Guard denied that China had an inspection of the RORE mission.
01:07They did not ask for the permission of the Philippines to China for this.
