00:53The OSG petition cites evidence that Guo is the Chinese Guo Huaping, who holds a Chinese
00:58passport and appears in the government's visa application records as the daughter of two
01:02Chinese citizens.
01:04Philippine immigration records show Guo Huaping arrived in the Philippines in 1999 as a nine-year-old.
01:10The National Bureau of Investigation also confirmed fingerprints on Guo Huaping's records
01:15match Alice Guo's.
01:16The OSG adds Guo Huaping is not a Filipino citizen by birth or by naturalization.

01:51Siphoning may last from five to seven days.
01:53Meantime, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources estimates that in a worst-case scenario,
01:58the oil spill will affect 11,000 fisherfolk in Bataan, with a combined income loss of
02:03P83.8 million pesos per month.
02:05The oil spill could also affect 8,000 fisherfolk in Bulacan, with P63 million pesos in monthly
02:11income loss.
02:12The BIFAR estimates the economic loss to fisheries in Pampanga at P7.6 million pesos per month.
