00:50Guo is the subject of a Senate arrest order after she was cited in contempt by the panel
00:55led by Sen. Risa Ontiveros for failing to attend Senate hearings
00:59The mayor also faces a human trafficking complaint, a non-bailable offense, over her
01:03alleged ties with an illegal pogo in her town
01:06The Office of the Solicitor General had filed a petition with a local Tarlac court seeking
01:11to cancel Guo's birth certificate
01:13It also seeks to unseat Guo as mayor via a quo warranto petition, arguing she is a
01:18Chinese citizen
01:19Last month, the Court of Appeals approved the freeze order against Guo, which means
01:23the mayor cannot use her assets and properties
01:26Guo is already on the Immigration Lookout Bulletin order
01:29GMA Network addresses sexual assault allegations against two high-ranking creative personnel

01:39It says it received a formal complaint from Sparkle artist Sandro Mulac against two, quote,
01:44GMA independent contractors, Giorgio Nones and Richard Cruz
01:48Viral online posts allege the incident happened after the GMA gala last July 20
01:53Cruz on his IMDb page is described as creative head for many GMA shows, while Nones has credits
01:59as head writer or creator for GMA shows
02:02Sandro's father, Nino Mulac, made a cryptic post on Facebook, saying,
02:06You started it, I will finish it
02:08Sandro's stepmother, Diane Abitupas, also posts on social media, noting how they raised
02:13their children with love, only to fall victim to abominable behavior
02:17Twenty-three-year-old Sandro Mulac is Nino's son with ex-wife Edith Miliare
02:22No statements have been made by the alleged perpetrators as of writing
02:28U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump falsely suggests his Democratic rival,
02:33Kamala Harris, had downplayed her Black heritage
02:36So I don't know, is she Indian or is she Black?
02:38She was Indian all the way and then all of a sudden she made a turn and she went,
02:42she became a Black person
02:45Trump draws jeers from the audience, the country's largest annual gathering of Black journalists
02:50Harris, who is of Indian and Jamaican heritage, has long self-identified as both Black and Asian
