00:00Comelec started investigating if there are similar fingerprints in the documents held by Bamban Mayor Alice Guo.

00:20Five documents were turned over by Comelec Bamban to the fact-finding team of the Commission on Elections.

00:26They were able to get the application for voter's registration of Bamban Mayor Alice Guo

00:32as well as her Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Candidacy.

00:37The Election Day Voters List of 2022 and 2023 is also the same.

00:42What the fact-finding team of Comelec is doing is looking

00:46if there are similar fingerprints in the documents from the local Comelec.

00:52There are four documents held by Mayor Alice Guo.

00:57They want to know if the one who registered as a voter and filed the COC

01:03and the voters in the last two elections is only one person.

01:08There is no conclusion to be made here.

01:11These are mere initial findings and will be submitted to the Comelec Law Department.

01:17As far as I know, did Guo violate the election law of the country?

01:21Especially, the NBI said that there is only one Chinese national,

01:25which is Guo Huaping and Mayor Guo based on their fingerprints.

01:29Only Filipinos can run in the election.

01:32And in the documents that Guo filed, he said that he is Filipino.
