01:56Otherwise, this requirement would be a court order directing us to cancel.
02:01As of now, the criminal complaint of qualified human trafficking against Goh

02:09The Office of the Solicitor General, or OSG, filed a petition to the court
02:14to cancel Goh's birth certificate as a Filipino.
02:18The OSG also filed a co-warrantor petition to remove Goh as mayor of Bamban.
02:25The Comelec is still under preliminary investigation for the material misrepresentation complaint against Goh.
02:33Aside from this, the Ombudsman issued a decision to remove Goh as mayor.
02:39The Court of Appeals also freezed his bank accounts and assets.
02:43There is no warrant or arrest order from the court that can be used for interpol activities.
02:57It's up to the government to decide what they want to do.
03:03The warrant of Yalis is only for the Senate Contemporary.
03:10The Solicitor General, Menardo Guevara, said that the extradition or return of a person
03:16can only be done to face criminal charges.
