Chinese name umano ang isinulat ni Alice Guo nang tanungin kahapon kung sino ang tumulong sa kaniyang makaalis ng bansa. Pero ang tingin ng ilang senador, may kasabwat ding Pinoy si Guo.

01:27So my conclusion to that is, maybe Alice Goh was asked to leave the country,

01:34maybe she was asked to sing this song that facilitated her escape.

01:40The senators believe that there is a Filipino involvement in the escape of Goh,

01:45so at the hearing of the transportation budget earlier,

01:47the Coast Guard asked why Goh's yacht was not intercepted.

01:53In our existing memorandum circular on pre-departure inspection,

01:58vessels which are non-common carrier,

02:02we are now revising the circular, Your Honor,

02:05so the Coast Guard will have a role in the enforcement.

02:14Why do we need an Alice Goh incident before we can anticipate such a scenario and then cover it?

02:33when the Tarlac Court also allowed Alice Goh to escape.
