01:24Luzon Police Commander Major General Romeo Karamat, former NAPOCOM Commissioner Edilberto
01:29Leonardo, and former Police Chief Intelligence Officer Eliezer Mata
01:34Guevara says he cannot confirm nor deny the document
01:37The ICC says it also cannot verify documents shared by outside sources
01:42Duterte has so far not been named in any known requests
01:48Fishing is now banned in Limay, Bataan, days after tanker MT Terra Nova capsized and submerged
01:53off Lamao in Limay, Bataan, last July 25, spilling oil in its nearby waters
01:59Water samples taken from four barangays in Limay are also found to have levels of oil
02:03in Greece exceeding standard limits, not suitable for fishing and swimming
02:07Meanwhile, water samples taken from three barangays in Mariveles did not exceed standard

02:13The Philippine Coast Guard meantime deploys oil spill booms and is currently sealing the

02:31on their aerial inspection earlier in the day, no oil sheen was seen going towards Manila
02:38Ad agency Gigil, the firm behind the controversial Hil Tulog street signs, makes a public apology
02:43to the family of former Senator Hil Puyat
02:46In a statement, Gigil says it has personally reached out to the Puyat family to convey
02:51its regrets and express its respect for the legacy of the former senator
02:55It adds it will, quote, be putting in place more stringent measures to ensure this does

03:02The Puyat family filed a complaint with the Ad Standards Council of the Philippines against
