Pinapipreno muna ng ilang senador ang pagpapatupad ng jeepney modernization dahil sa mga hindi pa umano nareresolbang hinaing ng mga apektado. Ikinatuwa ‘yan ng isang transport group pero inalmahan ng iba pa.

00:00Some Senators are trying to prevent the implementation of the Jeepney Modernization

00:04because of the unresolved issues of the affected.

01:24Grupong Piston approved the resolution,

01:27while the modernization program was trashed.

01:32it's likely that there will be more protests and transport strikes.

01:39a coalition of transport groups that is already a part of the modernization program.

01:43The resolution is not the solution.

01:45The solution is to continue this.

02:01the Transportation Secretary explained to the Senate President

02:05a few issues with the modernization program.

02:12even though it will still be bought in the next three to four years.

02:16Ania also does not need to import it

02:18because there is a local modern jeepney that is compliant with greenhouse gas emissions.

02:24to preserve the iconic design of the traditional jeep.

02:28Many will be affected by the suspension of the modernization program

02:32and it may be a waste of the money spent by the government here,
