00:00The man who fell in love with the action man of his car almost lost his car and was unable to get it back.

00:10The nationwide alarm of the PNP reached Sham-Sham and he was able to get his car back, even though it was already rented out.

00:24Richard experienced a series of accidents since the car was rented out in 2021.

00:30He was not able to pay the rent and it even reached the point where he was unable to get his car back.

00:36With the help of the nationwide watch list he submitted to the PNP Highway Patrol Group in April 2022,

00:43he was able to recover his car immediately after 3 months.

00:46The problem is, Sham-Sham was able to reach the nationwide alarm that was filed by Richard in the same office in July 2022.

00:56I immediately returned the car to them when it was recovered.

01:00The signatories were changing their positions so they were not able to leave or sign my papers.

01:09Even though he was able to recover his car in May last year when Richard was released,

01:13his affidavit of undertaking did not provide an answer to be able to travel safely.

01:59So now, I ordered them to retrieve or look for them in our storage.

02:06Sometimes, we receive a lot of papers.

02:10Sometimes, our investigators don't remember or think about it.

02:20For now, the office is looking for the missing documents.

02:24The nationwide alarm for Richard's car was also lifted.
