00:00Ten years ago, in fact in 2013, we had only 89,000 students in our Tibet institutions.
00:09Today, we have close to 700,000 students in our Tibet institutions.
00:17It has grown almost tenfold.
00:21And it speaks to the possibilities that Tibet is offering to many young people across Kenya.
00:29I remember when I was Minister for Higher Education and I was pushing for Tibet,
00:37there was a lot of push back then that formal education was much more superior to Tibet education.
00:46Today, I think we have equalized the fortunes of all Kenyans.

00:54You have students joining either Tibet or university equally.
01:00And they can sample opportunities also equally.
01:04And therefore, I am very proud of the journey that Tibet has made, especially in the last ten years.
