Noah Williams: My mental health’s not great when diving
Tom Daley’s diving partner Noah Williams opens up on the psychological toll that comes with being an elite athlete. Williams and Daley won the silver medal in the men’s synchronised 10m platform diving at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris on Monday. 00:42my life if I'm honest. Mental health is a strange thing and I don't know if I'll ever
00:47not overcome depression but just learn to live with it.
