01:06This is the new normal. We're going to have more frequent droughts. We're going to have
01:10on average less water. And so there are three things that any society, in particular Sicily,
01:15will have to do. The first and most important thing is ask yourself whether you're using
01:19the water, the scarce water, for the right things. And that means looking at agriculture.
