00:46a criminal case due to violation of the Omnibus Election Code.

00:49It has a penalty of one to six years in prison, perpetual disqualification from office and no pardon, except if the COMELEC allows it.

00:59If there's a filing of information, there's a warrant of arrest because it's a criminal case.

01:04The decision of COMELEC-ON-BANK may come out next week. If approved, the complaint will be filed to the Tarlac Regional Trial Court.

01:12Guo may also face a case of perjury.

01:15This is also a lesson to everyone. Because no one will file a disqualification or cancellation of the candidacy, we cannot lie to our Certificate of Candidacy

01:29This action was premature or too early, said Stephen David, the lawyer of Mayor Guo.

01:34He believes that before the client is charged, the court should tell the court that the birth certificate and Philippine passport of Mayor Guo are fake.
