Pimentel, health advocates ask SC to declare PhilHealth fund transfer illegal

Health professionals arrive at the Supreme Court on Aug. 2, 2024 to challenge the transfer of P89.9 billion in funds from the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) to the national treasury.
