00:28The name Dinakdakan is derived from the Ilocano word Dakda
00:34where it means making noise or cutting action.
00:40And to teach us how to make delicious Bagnet Dinakdakan,
00:44we will be joined by Chef Sof Gonzalez here in Sarapinoy.
00:49Let's start making Bagnet Dinakdakan.
00:56We already have a bagnet here that we have already deep-fried.
