00:00So we want to, before we open this to conversation with you, and we are about to do that, we
00:11want to just show you briefly sort of demonstrate to you how thoughts do turn to things or in
00:18a more expanded way of saying it, how the vibration that is the source within you in
00:23your vortex, how does that accomplishment, how does that expansion, how does that knowledge?
00:29How does that fabulous vibrational creation, how does that become a vibrational reality
00:36in your experience where you can devour it through all of your physical senses, where
00:41others can then observe the power of your creation?
00:46How do you demonstrate how the energy that creates worlds has flowed through you?
00:51How do you demonstrate what your tapestry is?
00:54What your ideas are, what you have carved out, what you have uniquely created?
00:59How do you turn those ideas to the manifested version?
01:04Here's how the vibration exists.
01:07And the first let's call it a manifestation or even better.
01:13Let's call it a realization of it is a thought.
01:17That's what's happening here with Esther right now.
01:19We are offering a vibration and she is realizing it.
01:23We're offering a vibration.
01:24Your consciousness powerfully focused and focused about you, you specifically here in
01:30this room, we're offering a vibration about that.
01:33And Esther is receiving the vibration because she is in vibrational sync with that, which
01:37we are.
01:38So the thoughts are occurring to her.
01:40That's a manifestation and the emotion that reflects that blending is present too.
01:47So that's the first step in the vibration turning to a thing, let's say.
01:55There is the impulses that occur to you.
01:58There is the rendezvous with this one and this one, and this one, there is the idea.
02:03There is the then inspired action.
02:06There is the harmonic components.
02:08There is the harmonic convergence.
02:10There is all of that delicious life experience that happens between the idea.
02:15You said, I got a great idea.
02:17And we say, you received a great idea.
02:19You were in vibrational sync and you received a great idea.
02:23Hold yourself in that vibrational frequency and watch the further evolution of that great
02:28idea into manifestations of mastery.
02:31You see, or be like most humans, somewhere between the idea and the manifestation of
02:37it, focus on the condition instead of the unconditioned.
02:41And in the absence of the fullness of that, what you want, introduce resistance in it
02:46and keep it from happening.
02:48You see, you got that, didn't you?
02:51You understand the unconditional creation.
02:56And now that you understand unconditioned, that means you understand that it's all about
03:01the way you feel.
03:02It's all about doing something deliberately about controlling your point of attraction,
03:11but we want to use a different word than point of attraction.
03:14We want to use the word point of reception because the revelation is happening constantly.
03:22The only question is, are you realizing it?
03:25Are you in the vibrational frequency where you're getting it?
03:29How often do your little children get it?
03:33Because they're clear.
03:35They're pure.
03:36Then I'll all wadded up in belief.
03:40You work hard to get them to get wadded up in belief.
03:43You do you're too frivolous, little child.
03:50You think that the universe revolves around you, you foolish, foolish child, you say,
03:56when they know that it really, really does.
03:59You think that life is supposed to be simple and easy for you.
04:04They know it, but you're going to get them.
04:08In most cases, children will reflect the beliefs of their parents.
04:13And then you'll come and see us years later.
04:19And we will help you forget all the stuff they taught you.
04:23That isn't good for you.
04:25We will help you to remember that you are the creator of your own reality, that you
04:29are a vibrational being in a vibrational universe, and that you've got all that is on your side
04:35and that you were never alone and that whatever it is that you are wanting can be your experience,
04:40but you've got to find the frequency of it and practice it until it becomes dominant
04:45within you.
04:46You can't mess around with this.
04:48You can't use words that you don't mean because the universe does not respond to what you're
04:54saying.
04:55The universe responds to what you mean and what you mean is how you feel.
05:00So if you're discouraged, that's your point of attraction.
05:03If you're ornery, that's your point of attraction.
05:05If you're mad at somebody, that's your point of attraction.
05:09If you're joyful, that's your point of attraction.
05:11In other words, this is very simple.
05:14And then you want to say, but wait, you need more information.
05:16Abraham.
05:17I'm sure that if I explained to you why I am so mad that you would be mad too.
05:23And we want to say, doesn't that give you the evidence above all evidence to the existence
05:30of the source within you.
05:31The very fact that you can experience negative emotion is your proof that there is a relationship
05:38between you and something in other words, because if your inner being would come over
05:43there and be mad with you about the thing that you are angry about, you're right.
05:48There would be no separation, but it doesn't work that way because your source will never
05:53join you in that negative focus.
05:57So we think you got that.
06:01That's a really good thing.
06:03Got to be somewhere in the vibrational vicinity of it before you can do that.
06:06Good for you.
06:07So now what do you want to talk about?
06:10Where should we go with this understanding of deliberate creation?
06:14What do you want to talk about?
06:18And are you refreshed?
06:20Good.
06:22Now what?
06:24So my question has to do with negative emotional stuff, energy, guidance, guidance.
06:31It's one thing for me, you know, like a cutoff in traffic or somebody, I know it does something
06:36that makes me mad.
06:37You know, that kind of stuff is not that difficult to handle, you know, to get into a better
06:41because it doesn't challenge a strong desire.
06:44Someone called you on the telephone and said, hello, you don't know me.
06:46I'm just calling to tell you I'll never call you again.
06:50You'd say, all righty then.
06:55But I have this experience where, and it's oftentimes in the morning where it's like
07:02I wake up into this heavy, dark, negative, discouraging.
07:08You do, you wake up into the vibration that you left there.
07:13In other words, it's sort of culmination of how you feel.
07:16And when you wake up and come back into it, it's always a shock because you had a respite
07:22from it.
07:23So it's particularly annoying when you greet it again.
07:27Yeah.
07:28Very annoying.
07:29I just have the hardest time sometimes with that, trying to start to shift that dial or
07:35whatever, because it's just, so it's all this stuff from childhood.
07:37It's like, well, you know, and it just seems so heavy and so real, so dense.
07:43Well, everything we've been talking about today is about how to soften that for yourself.
07:50We have some questions for you.
07:53Do you acknowledge that negative emotion is guidance?
07:59Yes.
08:01And the reason that it is, is because part of you doesn't feel that way.
08:06And part of you does.
08:08And that discord is about that discord.
08:10Yes.
08:12So does it then follow that since it's such strong, dense, hard feeling stuff, that there
08:21really is a strong difference of opinion between what you've been assuming and what really
08:30is.
08:33That does follow, doesn't it?
08:35So if you could, in the early stages of recognizing that you're starting to go there, if you could
08:41say to yourself, ah, my inner being, isn't an agreement with me.
08:45I wonder what my inner being is thinking about this, or if you could go to bed with the intention
08:53of when you get up, starting on subjects that are easier.
08:58One time someone said to us, Abraham, it doesn't feel to me like I'm thinking my own thoughts.
09:04It feels like my thoughts are thinking me and what he meant was there's this momentum
09:11as you just said, that it's hard to overcome it, but it isn't hard to overcome it.
09:16It's just a train can't be going 80 miles an hour that way.
09:19And all of a sudden go 80 miles an hour that way it would be bad for the contents of the
09:25train.
09:27So it's a matter of sort of slowing it down and then getting it going.
09:31And so it could be very helpful.
09:34If when you go to bed at night, you could try to ponder a little bit, activate within
09:40yourself, the best thing that happened that day, or the best thing that's happened this
09:45week or something that.
09:48Felt better.
09:49In other words, start the momentum.
09:52And then in the morning, find something that feels better.
09:57In other words, we know because we can feel you and we know what's in your vortex.
10:01We know it's not all dark and we think you're holding yourself to very strict standards.
10:06Esther does that too.
10:07When something is out of whack with her, she feels as bad as if she'd killed someone.
10:13In other words, you don't take negative emotion very well when you want to be in alignment.
10:20So the first thing that we're encouraging you to do is stop beating up on yourself.
10:27And next don't emphasize the parts that are troubling instead, emphasize the parts that
10:34are less troubling and don't try to take such big leaps.
10:37Don't beat up on yourself that you're not waking up feeling exhilaration.
10:43Exhilaration is going to come once momentum has been allowed for a while.
10:49So when you first wake up, what do you do?
10:52Do you set an alarm?
10:53Yes.
10:54Do you wake up to an alarm?
10:56Most of the time.
10:57So the alarm is sort of interrupting.
11:01It's interrupting something that is more peaceful.
11:05Esther has been wearing a Fitbit because she's enjoying keeping track of how many steps she
11:12is taking and her Fitbit tells her how many steps she is taking and 10,000 is so easy
11:21to do, but it also registers her heart rate.
11:26And she noticed that when she would wake up to an alarm, her heart rate would go through
11:32the roof.
11:33It was like her alarm was scaring her awake, her resting heart rates around 60.
11:39And even after she's been on the treadmill for a while, it's 72 or 75.
11:44And if she really ramps it up, she can get it up deliberately, but to wake up to 102
11:49heart rate means you've been startled into reality.
11:56That's what sort of happens to you sometimes is that you're in this vibrational place where
12:01the momentum is stopped and then you sort of get startled into reality where immediately
12:06you start focusing right away on those things that are less than aligning in nature.
12:14So when you wake up to your alarm, do you wake up to your alarm because you have things
12:19that you want to tend to and you don't want to oversleep.
12:24And so after you wake up, is it necessary that you immediately get out of bed?
12:30Not always.
12:32So we would encourage you to set your alarm for 20 minutes before you actually need to
12:38get out of bed and call that your luxurious basking yourself back into reality time.
12:46In other words, doing yourself the favor, can you do that without upsetting anybody
12:51else around?
12:53So then when you set your alarm the night before, say to yourself, I'm looking forward
12:58to awakening and settling in to a better feeling day.
13:05And then when you wake up, say to yourself, I don't have to get up.
13:11I can just stay right here.
13:13I can just stay right here and feel the comfort of my bed and then focus on the comfort of
13:21your bed, providing yourself with that little window of luxury.
13:26It's like a gift to yourself of just re-emerging back in.
13:31It's not different when you wake up in the morning, it's not different than being born
13:34into this physical body, except you know more.
13:39And most of it is not to your advantage.
13:44And so as you deliberately allow yourself to just bask a little bit and you do this
13:50every morning for a while, you're going to discover that in that quiet time, other thoughts
13:57are going to occur to you.
13:58It will be like extending the slowed momentum for a longer period of time so that you get
14:05to set the tone of this day.
14:09It will be powerful for you.
14:10It's more gradual.
14:11I have one more question that relates to that.
14:16Are you going to do that?
14:17Yes, I will.
14:19Are you going to do that?
14:22Yes.
14:23Everybody ought to do that.
14:24If you're really looking to set the tone the way you want to, if you're waking up just
14:29happy to be in this day and you can hardly wait for your feet to hit the floor because
14:32there's so much momentum that you've already got going, then this process isn't necessary
14:37for you.
14:38But if anything less than feeling great, when you wake up is what you're experiencing, then
14:42give yourself the opportunity to set your own tone because first thing in the morning
14:47is the best probability of doing it.
