00:19The Preliminary Investigation of the Commission on Elections or COMELEC will be conducted

00:24by Bambang Tarlac Mayor Alice Goh.

00:26This is after COMELEC and BAMC allowed the recommendation of their legal department

00:31to file a complaint against the Mayor because he lied in his Certificate of Candidacy.

00:38COMELEC and BAMC unanimously adopted the recommendation of our law department

00:45to file a formal complaint against Mayor Alice Goh-Guahawaping.

00:51COMELEC's legal department conducted an investigation

00:54after it came out in the Fingerprint Analysis of the NBI

00:57that Mayor Goh and the Chinese national Goh-Guahaping are one.

01:03COMELEC also examined the records of Goh's registration as a voter

01:09and as a candidate for the presidency of Bambang.

01:12It also came out in the examination of COMELEC

01:14that the Fingerprint of Mayor Goh and Goh-Guahaping are the same.

01:19If COMELEC files a complaint against Goh-Guahaping,

01:22Goh-Guahaping will face a case of misrepresentation under the Omnibus Election Code

01:27because he lied that he is a Filipino and that's why he ran for the election.

01:32This is a criminal case that has a prison term of one to six years

01:36and if it can be proven, the case can be sent to the Regional Trial Court.
