This matted dog had more than 6 pounds of extra fur on his body — wait till you see how cute he is after his haircut ❤️ We talked to his rescuers about how he was one of the worst cases of matting they’d ever seen, and what a good boy he is now!

03:59And then he was put on medical hold for the duration of his hospital stay.

04:43And it took him a long time just to learn how to really walk again normally.
04:58One of our staff members, she took him home over the weekend so he didn't have to stay

05:10He really started showing off his personality then.
05:13And she has a boxer that he immediately just fell in love with.
05:19And he was really, really cute.
05:21He would lick the boxer.
05:23He just loved her boxer so much.
05:30A couple weeks later, potential adopters came in.
05:33And he got in the bed, and he was just snuggling, doing things that we had never really ever
05:37beaten him to do before.
