00:00Hi everyone, Jonny Davies here from JD Stunts. I'm a professional motorcycle stunt rider
00:06and this year I'm going to be attempting the Guinness World Record for the fastest speed
00:10drag behind a motorcycle which is currently set at 156.3 mph by Gary Rothwell and he set
00:17that in 1999. But today we're at Elving, this is my final practice before the official attempt
00:23on the 18th of August. So I've dined on the bike in this morning and just starting to
00:29get the skis on and start jumping off the back and see what speed we can push. We've
00:33got a little bit of a side wind to deal with today but I've never had to deal with side
00:37wind yet so we'll see how that goes and if I feel comfy we'll try and get as close to
00:41the record speed as possible. So the skis are made out of grade 5 titanium which Red
00:46Rose, a titanium specialist, supplied and yeah basically two 3mm sheets welded together
00:52with a slight air gap in the bottom and some 2mm for the straps etc.
