00:00In order to improve the lives of Filipinos, the Pambansang Pabahay in Rion, Soksargen,
00:08has started to build.
00:10Shahana Duerme, a PIA Soksargen officer, is in the center of the news.
00:19The Pambansang Pabahay in Rion, Soksargen, will be built in San Antonio Village, Phase 1,
00:21Barangay Santa Cruz, Coronadal City, South Cotabato,
00:24the five houses under the Pambansang Pabahay for the Filipino program.
00:29It has five floors and a total of 360 housing units.
00:33This is the first Pabahay in Rion under the 4PH program.
00:38Our department aims to help and coordinate with our key shelter agencies
00:44to build affordable housing for members of the informal sector,
00:49government officials, and overseas Filipino workers.
00:54The construction of housing units for West Creek 4PH Village
00:58was funded by Php 416 million.
01:01This is confirmed by the promise of the government
01:04that it will provide its own housing to the millions of Filipino families.
01:08The direction of our beloved President is to give everyone an opportunity.
01:14It's not just the truth that we need it because we don't have the money.
01:20Even if it's for work, we still can't afford to build our own houses.
