दिल्ली बीजेपी अध्यक्ष वीरेंद्र सचदेवा ने आबकारी नीति अनियमितताओं के मामले में आप नेता मनीष सिसोदिया को सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा जमानत दिए जाने पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा, "बीजेपी कोर्ट के फैसले का हमेशा सम्मान करती हैं। आज आम आदमी पार्टी के जो नेता सत्यमेव जयते लिख रहे हैं जरा पिछले हफ्ते के न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद अपने वक्तव्य को बढ़ लें कैसी बौखलाहट थी।लेकिन हम यह जानते हैं की शराब नीति घोटाला मामले में मनीष सिसोदिया को जमानत मिली है, लेकिन जमानत मिलने का मतलब आपराधिक आरोपों से मुक्त होना नहीं है। जांच अभी भी जारी है।
