A few weeks ago, out of love for a day like this, I planted Garlic and eagerly waited to pick its Chives with my own hands and prepare a delicious Sirvavij dish with them.
I can't put into words how satisfying it feels to pick the fragrant Garlic Chives that you've grown yourself with your own hands. This Gilanese stew is very popular in northern Iran.
Sirvavij, with all its simplicity, has a memorable taste, especially when served with Caspian Kutum Fish and White Diakon (Mooli), creating an exceptional combination.

Ingredients for 2 people:
200 gr Garlic Chives
2 Eggs
Salt and Turmeric Powder as needed
Fish of Your Choice..
