✍INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 kg Chaap (चाप)
- Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल)
- 2 medium-sized onions (2 मध्यम आकार के प्याज)
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes (2 मध्यम आकार के टमाटर)
- Cumin seeds (जीरा)
- Whole red chilies (साबुत मिर्च)
- Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- Chaat masala (चाट मसाला)
- Salt (नमक)
- Ginger-Garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट)
- Fresh cream (milk cream) (दूध की मलाई)

Instructions :

Step 1 : - Heat mustard oil and fry 1/2 kg chaap until golden. Set aside.
Step2 - Add cumin seeds and whole red chilies to the pan. Sauté 2 chopped onions until golden.
Step 3 - Stir in ginger-garlic paste and 2 chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes soften.
Step 4 - Mix in Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
Step 5 - Add fried chaap back to the pan. Mix and add water to make gravy. Simmer for 5-7 minutes
Step 6 - Stir in fresh cream and sprinkle chaat masala. Cook for 2 minutes
Step 7 - Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice. Enjoy!
