Torshevash Khoresh Or Ghoorabeh @Rural Cuisine

In our region, there is a locally aromatic and flavorful stew called "Torshevash Khoresh" or "Ghoorabe", The main ingredients of this dish include a type of wild herb called "Torshe Vash," which translates to "Sour Herb," and Local Basil, which complements the aroma and scent of the stew.
Today, for thickening this stew, they use rice flour, but I soaked whole half grain rice from the night before and and grinded them in "Namakyar" or "Nimkar" , following the traditional method.
If you're using rice flour, you need to dissolve it in a small amount of cold water.

250 gr Leaf of Oxalis Corniculata (Torshe Vash)
