00:00Today I'm going to show you guys my anti-aging over 50 skincare routine for the morning.

00:09I'm still healing from a little bruise from under eye filler.

00:12I start my morning routine with my Zip Halo device and I do have a full video on that

00:16so I will link it down below.

00:18I love a gentle cleanser in the morning so I've been using the Kate Somerville Delicate

00:23Soothing Cleanser.

00:25This one is so nice.

00:26It hydrates the skin.

00:27It doesn't strip the skin barrier.

00:29It keeps the skin feeling really soft and clean.

00:32I love my Foreo Cleansing Device which I have been using for years because it helps to stimulate

00:38circulation which is so good for the skin.

00:41I definitely like to take my time while I'm cleansing to let those ingredients really

00:45work into the skin and allow myself the opportunity to get a good facial massage.

00:52Patting at the skin is always better than rubbing at the skin when you dry your face.

00:58Fermented toners are so wonderful for the skin and this is one by Beauty of Joseon.

01:04This is the Ginseng Essence Water.

01:06I like to put a few drops into my hands and just blot it all over the face, neck and chest.

01:11If you haven't tried a fermented essence water this is a beautiful product.

01:16I think you'll really like it.

01:17I tend to do a slight bit of jawline massage every morning just to keep that jawline looking

01:23contoured.

01:24And of course, vitamin C is one of the most studied ingredients in skincare which is a

01:30powerful antioxidant, helps with sun protection and also brightens the skin and helps to reduce

01:38hyperpigmentation.

01:40I love the Timeless brand because it is cost effective and it does come in a ear-tight

01:45pump which is so important because vitamin C's are very unstable.

01:50To maintain the proper pH for efficacy, an ear-tight pump is much better than a dropper.

01:56I love the Biosun Squalene and Phyto Retinol product for daytime use.

02:02Over time, this serum will boost collagen production and improve skin texture without

02:07the irritation of standard retinol products.

02:11Squalene in this formula is super nourishing to the skin, especially aging skin, and gives

02:17a beautiful glow.

02:19If you haven't tried the Beetle Leaf Moisturizing Eye Balm, it is such a beautiful under-eye

02:24cream.

02:25Containing peptides, ceramides, and squalene, this under-eye cream is clinically shown to

02:30provide firmness, targeting the eyebags, crow's feet, and eyelids.

02:35It's one of my all-time favorites and really affordable.

02:38I like to take a little time to massage around my eyes using my ring finger very gently to

02:44improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

02:47My skin is very dry, so I do love this Skin Fix Barrier Plus Cream.

02:52This is a richer triple lipid peptide cream.

02:56You may not need it because the Phyto Retinol, if you use that, that does have some squalene

03:02and offers some hydration.

03:04I like the use of this richer cream just to give my skin more plumpness and suppleness,

03:11and I feel like it also continues to hydrate my skin throughout the day.

03:15I do live in a drier climate, and having dry skin naturally, it requires me to use

03:21a little more moisturizer.

03:23I love the Belief Aqua Balm Overnight Lip Mask.

03:27Whether it is day or night, I like to use this because it is really emollient.

03:32It's one of the few products I've found that really helps my perpetually dry lips.

03:37I wanted to mention a few body products, you guys.

03:40I found this Paula's Choice Phytoestrogen Elasti-Renewal Body Treatment, and as I've

03:45been losing weight lately, I've been really wanting to treat the skin underneath my arms,

03:51just because I'm noticing some more crepiness and looseness there as I've lost fat volume.

03:56And I find that the phytoestrogen treatments on the skin are really effective.

04:02And last but not least, probably your most important part of the skincare routine, is

04:07SPF, or sun protection.

04:09Today I'm using the ColorScience Sun Forgettable Total Protection Face Shield.

04:13This is the Flex sunscreen in SPF 50.

04:17It comes out white, but then blends into a tinted skin tone.

04:21It is absolutely beautiful.

04:23This would replace your foundation if you want a very light, breathable, skin-like finish.

04:28It is truly so pretty on the skin.

04:32You definitely want to use enough to get a good sun protection.

04:35Some people will use a less expensive sunscreen underneath as one coat, and then put less

04:42of this tinted sunscreen over the top.

04:45I like to use this as my primary sunscreen.

04:47So you can see I use an ample amount, and really massage it into the skin, and just

04:53remove the excess over my eyebrows and lips.
