01:23So when we do our rounds in the sea, we also do that in our airspace.

01:32China said that we are entering their territory in the air.

01:45nobody can claim their airspace there by the Chicago Convention.

01:52That is freedom of overflight.

01:54So nobody can claim the airspace anywhere, sir.

01:59This is clearly one of their illegal, coercive, aggressive and deceptive operations.

02:06Colonel Padilla, because of this incident, how will we strengthen our defense in the air?

02:12Of course, sir, the Philippine Armed Forces is strengthening our determination that we will still conduct regular patrols there as we do our modernization.

02:26You can see in our Re-Horizon 3 modernization project, we are very heavy in maritime and air assets.

02:34Is there news that the DFA will have a new diplomatic protest?

02:39On the side of the Philippine Armed Forces, the necessary reports have been submitted to the Department of Foreign Affairs.
