PJ Glasser isn't exactly bullish on the Bears following the first round of preseason games.

00:00And now this year, again, it feels different.
00:03We all think it's going to be different.
00:04A lot of people feel like Caleb's going to be great.
00:06He's got a lot of receiving weapons.
00:09But like at the end of the day, Ken, I just feel like the Bears,
00:12we're going to sit there week three, week four, week five,
00:15saying they have all this talent.
00:17And then we remember that like Iberflues, again,
00:20they could have potentially gone a different direction.
00:23They decided to stick with him.
00:25And that's why I just I can't get there with Chicago this year
00:30is because he is still the head coach.
00:32If they they went out and got an offensive guy, if they went out
00:35and got like a Ben Johnson or even if they got like a Vrabel
00:38or just somebody who had a proven track record of success
00:41as a head coach in the NFL, maybe I could have gotten there.
00:45But there's all this expectation.
00:47And they're a true pick them minus one ten each way to make the playoffs.
00:52When under this head coach,
00:54they haven't even gotten close to sniffing the playoffs.
00:56And now with expectations, you expect me to all of a sudden be like,
01:00yeah, you know what?
01:01I'm going to trust Chicago this year to to make the playoffs.
01:04I I couldn't bet on that.
01:06So that's that's my stance on Chicago.
01:09I like the personnel moves they're making.
01:10I like the potential of the team.
01:12Ultimately, though, Iberflues is head coach is still what's kind of making me
01:15hesitant about the Bears.
