00:21which is in a residential area and on a one-way street.

00:25Reservoir House was previously occupied by the County Council's Social Services Department

00:29and was put on the market earlier this year with a guide price of £450,000.

00:36A mum and daughter who run one of Chesterfield's oldest independent shops have announced their retirement.

00:41Brenda Atkinson and Julie O'Shea are selling their stock at the Baby Linen House on Packers Row.

00:47A post on the business' website says, closing down sale due to retirement.

01:07A couple who bonded over a meal of French toast have launched a new chapter in their lives

01:12by opening a cafe in Chesterfield.

01:14Kim Greaves, who lives in Hasland, and Steve Oxley of Rotherham,

01:17have taken their relation to the next level by becoming business partners.

01:21Chapter 2, the original French Toast Cafe which opened yesterday, is the latest go place for desserts.

01:26Waffles, crepes and American pancakes fika alongside the house specialities on the menu.

01:31For those with a savoury tooth, there are Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame.

01:35The new eatery is sandwiched between the Glassworks Pub and Elevation Hair Salon Sheffield Road.

01:44which is great for me because I'm a season ticket holder as is my son.

01:48It's a good time to be opening with Chesterfield moving up to League 2.
