00:00Department of Education Secretary Sonny Angara did not know if there was a mishandling or a wrong holding of the funds by the government.

00:08That issue was mentioned by Vice President Sara Duterte last week, which is one of the reasons for his dismissal from the Cabinet of President Marcos.

00:16He tried to correct the Vice President for what he saw as wrong, but he did not receive any support and he did not see any change.

00:25According to Angara, Commission on Audit, or COA, it is possible that there was a mishandling because it was seen in their reports.

00:33But in the eyes of the public, the administration, especially the Department of Education, did not lack anything.

00:40We will see in the COA reports. It's the COA who really knows if there was mishandling.
