00:04business to go to the field and respect the work that your officials are doing or whatever
00:09is being done in your ministry.
00:11And where you need a slightly higher profile, I'm available to come and back you up.
00:17And where we need even a higher profile, the president is available to come and do it.
00:22I keep on saying that let us use the hen mentality in this administration.
00:35The hen lays a very small egg, and immediately after laying it, gets on top of a house and
00:44makes noise for the next four hours for everybody to know that an egg has been laid.
00:50The cow produces 40 liters of milk and is just quiet.
00:56That milk disappears because nobody even knows there is milk in the compound.
01:00But the one egg, everybody knows about it.
01:04Whatever little you do in your ministry, let us not assume before now.
