Après deux belles journées aux Pays-Bas et la prise de pouvoir (déjà) de Demi Vollering (SD Worx-Protime), le Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift quittait pour la première fois de cette 3e édition la Hollande pour rejoindre la Belgique ce mercredi, à l'occasion d'une 4e étape très attendue ! Au programme, deux Classiques ardennaises en une, avec un départ sur les routes de l'Amstel Gold Race avant d'emprunter les côtes du final de Liège-Bastogne-Liège (La Redoute, Forges et Roche-aux-Faucons). Disputée dans des conditions difficiles sous une pluie continue, cette étape a comme prévu fait de sacrés dégâts et le ménage au général. La victoire est revenue à Puck Pieterse (Fenix-Deceuninck), auteure d'une superbe course pour signer à 22 ans son premier succès pro sur la route ! La spécialiste du cyclo-cross et du VTT s'est imposée de justesse au sprint devant Demi Vollering pour poursuivre le festival des Néerlandaises sur ce Tour.
