00:07BIR Commissioner Romeo Lumagi Jr. filed the complaint with the Justice Department Wednesday,

00:14The complaint also includes Jack Oye, the buyer of Guo's shares in Baufu Land, and
00:19Baufu Corporate Secretary Rachel Joan Malonzo-Carrion
00:23The BIR says it found that Guo did not pay the capital gains tax and documentary stamp
00:28tax when she transferred her shares to Oye.
00:31She also allegedly failed to pay 500,000 pesos in taxes.
00:35This is the second criminal complaint against Guo.
00:38She also faces a trafficking complaint due to her alleged ties with an anomalous Philippine
00:42offshore gaming operator in her town.
00:45The Senate has ordered Guo's arrest but she has yet to be found.
00:48The Ombudsman earlier dismissed the Mayor and banned her from re-entering government
00:52service.
