Inside the call centre where clearing is dealt with at Hull University

00:00Hi, my name's Hannah and I'm part of the team here at Hull taking calls today.

00:05Simply Put Clearing is a way to get a place at university if you don't already have one,

00:08so as well as calls from students who've received different grades to what they were expecting,

00:13we've also taken calls for people who have changed their mind about where they want to go to university

00:18or if they want to go to university at all.

00:21So if you've got any questions or you want to speak to us, we're here taking calls all day.
